This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleIn this role, you will assist with reporting, analysis, budgeting and campaign execution across Broadcast (Linear, Connected TV (CTV) and Audio) and ensure that the integrity, timeliness and effectiveness of these campaigns are achieved. You will handle campaign communication, collaborate cross-functionally and provide solution recommendations.What You’ll DoAssist in planning and stewarding Linear, CTV and Audio Media Channels to execute media strategies effectivelyAssist with campaign setup and launch, including leading collaboration with external media agencies and internal partners to ensure all deliverables are provided on timeMaintain stewardship of budget, planning and trafficking documentsAid in the communication of key media campaign information and updates to cross-functional partnersSuggest improvements to process and new proceduresPartner with Media Strategy to plan and execute media campaignsIn partnership with Media Lead, actively achieve program results through project execution and post-execution supportCollaborate with internal partners to gather feedback, solution recommendations and key action items coming out of internal reviewsCommunicate with other team members regarding project/process issues and updates, suggesting improvements as neededAttend internal reviews and record key action itemsAct as a self starter, with strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skillsDevelop an understanding of Broadcast planning cadence and strategy, follow complex processes and documentation to execute tasks accurately, and apply learnings from previous solutions to new and evolving experiences Additional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequired3+ years of paid media experience in tactical planning/buying of mediaProficiency using Word, Excel and Google SuiteStrong organizational, time management and communication skillsPreferredPrevious agency or in-house media experienceDegree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising and/or Marketing CommunicationsAbility to work in or learn a buying platformJob SummaryJob number: R501354Profession: Marketing, eComm & Creative
