  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, Compliance, and other internal teams to support franchisee performance and business growth.
  • Conduct field visits, prepare detailed reports on findings and KPI performance, and maintain proactive communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical, effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to evaluate business and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and build strong relationships with franchise operators and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Comfortable working with financial information, KPIs, operational metrics, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for field visits and on-site coaching.
  • Experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunity to provide strategic guidance and directly influence franchisee business performance.
  • Broad scope spanning operations, finance, sales, marketing, training, and process improvement.
  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams supporting franchisee success.
  • Opportunities to contribute to operational enhancements, technology rollouts, and scalable business initiatives.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, collaboration, and equal opportunity.
