About the Role: We’re hiring a Sales Operations Associate to support sales processes, agreement workflows, and Salesforce operations. This role is ideal for someone operationally rigorous, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with sales and other stakeholders to keep deals moving, maintain accurate CRM data, unblock processes, and identify ways to make workflows more efficient. This is a remote role hired through an EOR model , with full local employee benefits. What You’ll Do: Manage agreement and order-form workflows. Work closely with sales teams to keep deals and internal processes moving. Update and maintain accurate Salesforce records. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and complete operational tasks. Manage operational details while maintaining focus on priorities. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and process efficiency. Follow up persistently and professionally to unblock next steps. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with direct feedback. Must-Have Requirements: Experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related operations role. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce. Experience working within or alongside a sales organization. Experience handling operational processes related to agreements, pipeline movement, and CRM updates. Strong critical thinking and ability to assess information and prioritize effectively. Strong English communication skills in a collaborative remote environment. 3+ years of relevant professional experience; this is not an entry-level role. Confident, persistent, and comfortable following up with stakeholders. Fast learner who can absorb and apply feedback quickly. Process-minded and interested in improving how work gets done. Comfortable working with a direct manager in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience using AI tools such as Claude to improve workflow efficiency. Coding experience. Strong numerical or reconciliation skills. Experience providing administrative or operational support within sales teams. Compensation : $2,000 - 2,800 USD Fully remote role.
