ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Rachael Spoon State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities: - Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the Agent and team with various administrative tasks, projects, social media and marketing.
- Handle many competing demands simultaneously.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service and/or office coordinator role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
