Assistant Property Manager

Boulder, CO

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a smaller, well-maintained apartment community in Boulder. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management or leasing experience who is ready to take on additional responsibility and continue growing their career.

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to residents and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing, applications, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests
• Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and resident account questions
• Prepare notices, correspondence, reports, and other property documentation
• Maintain accurate resident and property records
• Help coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with residents regarding repairs
• Assist with property inspections and maintaining community standards
• Support leasing and occupancy goals
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager Qualifications

• Previous apartment property management, assistant management, or leasing experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Yardi experience helpful
• Strong customer service and resident-relations skills
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a busy property environment
• Basic understanding of leasing and property management operations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
