The roles would suit individuals looking to develop their expertise within Medicare, take greater ownership of complex actuarial projects, and contribute to the pricing and financial strategy of an established health insurer.Role requirements:Progress towards ASA or FSA designation, with credentialed actuaries also encouraged to applyExperience in Medicare Part D pricing, pharmacy actuarial analysis, or Part D bid developmentUnderstanding of CMS regulations, Part D benefit design, pharmacy claims, and financial forecastingStrong analytical and modelling capabilities, ideally including Excel, SQL, SAS, or similar toolsWhat makes these opportunities particularly interesting is the level of technical ownership and exposure to complex Medicare programmes.
